These are beautiful jutti, also known as mojaris or khussa, A traditional type of footwear widely worn across south Asia, particularly in North India and Pakistan. they are usually made of genuine leather, these feature Zardosi or TIlla embroidery - using metalluc threads (Gold or Silver) to create the ornate pattern. It has rich maroon/ burgundy bese with a "M-shaped" front upper which is a classic silgouette for festive or wedding wear.
